Roman is the Director of Research & Development and Operations for CathRx. Roman has extensive experience in design and operations management, with a focus on new product development/introduction, technology development, technology transfer, manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance.
Roman has over 17 years of experience in the medical device sector. Before joining CathRx, he served as Vice President of Operations for the international medical device company Ventracor Limited. Prior to that, he was the Manufacturing/Engineering Manager of ResMed Limited, an international designer/manufacturer of medical equipment.
